While we are still waiting very patiently for our Winter veg, we will still have our full range of preserves for sale.
In the baking department we will have:
- White flour sourdough
- Whole meal sourdough
- Blueberry and cream cheese sourdough
- Jalapeno and cream cheese sourdough
- Garlic and charcoal sourdough
- Sourdough spicey Summer savory scrolls
- Sourdough monkey bread cinnamon scrolls
- Sourdough doughnuts with mulberry jam

Market day special (orders advised!):
6 sourdough jam doughnuts with chilli jam for $6! (These are discounted as they have been frozen for a week - still a bargain!)

Its going to be an epic market with a thrift and surf board sale market combined. See you in the morning!

Yes, we will have our full range of hot sauces, sweet chilies, jams, chutneys and pickles.

I'll do my best in the morning to post our set up location and time the Rainbow Valley feature product will be on the stage - this year I might even remember to film it!

The FAFO Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Don't get me wrong, this sweet chilli sauce might be brutally spicey but the taste is on point!

It has a mix of all our nasty red chillies so you get the short and sharp burn, the slow to start burn, the lingering burn, the gut burn, the lip tingly burn, and the burn that makes you wonder if you made a mistake. If you can get past those, you'll find it is actually deep down a pleasant taste.

However...this is only the little sister of sauces compared to what's getting served up on Saturday at Sawtell Chilli Festival at the competition.

It's make with smoked Brain Killer chilli and a tomato base. Fun fact, the Brain Killer chilli is an Australian creation! And we are lucky enough to grow these right here in Newee Creek!
