This week we say goodbye to one of our superstars, Brielle Malady. ❤️
Brielle started with us back in 2019 at just 14 years old, helping out in our family business after school and on weekends whenever she could. Over the years, she has grown so much — from running the little markets during COVID, to cooking meals, making coffees, and more recently becoming our cake queen!

Brielle has always treated the business like it was her own. She’s worked hard, cared deeply, and definitely kept everyone on their toes — especially with bossing the bosses around… although to be honest, we’re still not quite sure who was really in charge most days! 😂

While we are super excited for her new venture and everything ahead of her, she will be sadly missed. We’ll certainly miss the arguments, the laughs, and all the daily carry-on that made working together so special.

Thank you for everything, Brielle. We are so proud of you and wish you all the very best for your next chapter. Enjoy your new adventure — you’ll always be part of the Nicho family. ❤️
