How much power does a local community really have?

In 2025, Fremantle showed how grassroots movements can challenge even the safest political strongholds.

Kate Hulett (Fremantle’s Community Independent candidate) and Martin Pritchard (Executive Director, Environs Kimberley) will join Trine Barter (CIP Director) for a behind-the-scenes discussion. Together they will explore how each of their community-led campaigns transformed the conversation, turned a “safe” seat into a major battleground, and how you can apply these strategies to drive change in your community.

Tickets are free but registration is essential. 🔗Click the link for more information and booking.

Get tickets on Humanitix - Fremantle, Fracking & Community Power. Online. Tuesday 24th February 2026. Find event information.
