We will be training in dalyston hall when we get the ticket of approval from the shire, we will have to record students details cause of contact tracking

In-house students will be allowed to come and training Monday and wedsday nights next week at my place till we open up in dalyston hall

We will be doing kids class in jujitsu and must thai

Tai chi will be back in Sunday's at the beach

Training is back on tomorrow at 6pm for muay thai and 7pm for jujutsu

From the 1st of July we will be back to training

We will have to check members temptures, and hand sanitizer must be used before any human contact is made

You mustprovid your own gloves for sparring in muay thai, jujutsu students will need to use sanitizer before training commences

Tai chi students will only require having a temp check and will be keeping a social distancing

All students details will need to be recorded with the covid 19 rules for the government

Other that we will be back to training as usual
