As we head into the new year, we’d like to thank our growers, their families and our crew for their continued support. It’s been a tough year with major agricultural changes and ongoing challenges, but we’re grateful for the trust, teamwork, and resilience that keeps this industry moving.

Congratulations to Don Boyle and his family’s commercial operation at Boyle Farming who won Grand Champion Commercial Fleece with a 20micron 8.7kg greasy weight and 65.7% yield with a current value, after this week’s wool auctions, of upward $105. Not bad bucks 💵👏🏻

Meet the Team – Joe

Joe first learnt to shear out in Kellerberrin and has been shearing for over six years. We’ve been lucky to have him on our team for the past three years, and it’s been great to watch his growth as an experienced shearer during this time.

He’s the kind of bloke who’s always early to work and keeps the shed full of laughter throughout the day, making the hard work that little bit lighter.

Outside of work, Joe loves camping and 4WDing, always ready for the next adventure.

He’s also made us all proud by representing WA at the 2024 National Intermediate Shearing Championships - a huge achievement!

We’re stoked to have Joe as part of our crew.
