A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our FREE Yoga session last night - your energy, presence and willingness to slow down and connect made the evening truly special.

Join us these school holidays for a 2-day swim camp (30 June & 1 July) designed to build confidence, sharpen technique, and bring young swimmers together through fun and teamwork.

Perfect for swimmers aged 8–12yo in Pre-Squad & Bronze (or equivalent) 💧
