Come and join us in defending Leane’s Trench this coming Saturday in a fully immersive first hand look at one of (if not) the only working replica World War I trench in the Southern Hemisphere.
Saturday 20th June. Tours begin at:
1:30PM
2:00PM
2:30PM
3:00PM
3:30PM (If people are present)
NO - REPEAT - NO Bookings required just be there well before the final tour starts.
Safety Reminder for Trench Tours:
All visitors intending on having a Trench Experience are reminded of the following...
* Closed footwear is to be worn if entering Leane's Trench
* Leave your animals, babies and toddlers at home or in the care of a family member/friend at the Battalion HQ. They tend to freak out at the loud noises and bangs we utilise to make your tour experience something to remember!
Leane’s Trench operates on grants, donations and merchandise sales. Please bring cash as we have no EFTPOS facilities.

You’ve seen them in captivity quietly meandering around the RSL Cenotaph on ANZAC and Remembrance Day events, now is your chance to see them in the wild in their natural environment! Don’t miss this rare opportunity to glimpse these creatures doing what they love best, and learn something about the horrors and conditions our troops endured throughout World War I and II.

Saturday Morning's work - Commenced making replacement trench ladders.
Unfortunately I'm out of weather worn wood now but will continue to look around for more to continue this project.
