This document was developed through a collaborative effort between RDA Central Coast and Business NSW Central Coast, reflecting a shared commitment to regional outcomes.

We’re planning for growth on the Central Coast.

Our Key Enabling Projects 2026 document identifies priority infrastructure and investment needed to support our community as it grows.

The document focuses on:
✅ Affordable housing
✅ Infrastructure upgrades and environmental sustainability
✅ Transport and connectivity
✅ Northern growth corridor and Central Lakes District
✅ Gosford City Centre and waterfront urban renewal

With our population expected to grow to more than 412,000 by 2046, planning for infrastructure, housing and services is essential.

We’re continuing to advocate to Australian and NSW Governments, industry and partners to help deliver these priority projects.

You can support the advocacy by sharing the document, talking about the projects that matter most to you and highlighting the need for investment on the Central Coast.
