Naracoorte Health Service will be hosting a special tree planting ceremony on:

📍 Front grass area at the Main Entrance, Naracoorte Health Service

This event recognises the importance of Aboriginal cultural principles of respect, resilience, trust, care, healing, and family. The planting of a local native gum tree will serve as a lasting reminder of connection, healing, and community collaboration.

We look forward to welcoming staff, community members, and partners to join us for this meaningful occasion. 💚

🚗 Patient Assistance Transport Scheme (PATS) – Supporting Our Community 💙

Did you know you may be eligible for help with travel and accommodation costs when accessing specialist medical care?

The Patient Assistance Transport Scheme (PATS) is available to support rural patients who need to travel for treatment, helping ease the financial burden and improving access to care.

📝 PATS forms are available at your local sites, including:
• Naracoorte Hospital
• Naracoorte General Practice
• Kincraig Medical Centre
