A Reminder About Noise and Respect for Our Neighbours
This has been raised a number of times now, so itās worth another reminder.
Everyone has the right to enjoy their home, but that also comes with being considerate of the people living around us. Repeatedly playing loud music late into the evening or at night affects families with young children, shift workers, elderly residents, and anyone trying to get a good nightās sleep.
If youāre listening to music or entertaining, please keep the volume to a reasonable level, particularly at night. Under Victorian EPA noise regulations, unreasonable residential noise during prohibited hours can result in complaints being made.
Letās all do our part to make our estate a respectful and enjoyable place to live. Being a good neighbour costs nothing, but it makes a big difference for everyone.
