Evergreen Retirement Village Evergreen is an affordable, independent living retirement village located in Pakenham VIC. All villas are single storey with level easy access to your home.

Conveniently located at 11 McGregor Rd, Pakenham, Evergreen Retirement Village is a thriving hub for self-funded retirees. It is a pleasant drive on the freeway from Melbourne's CBD or just over 1 hour by train. Evergreen has a warm community atmosphere and feels like your own private suburb. It’s just like years gone by, where you know all your neighbours' names to say hello or stop and have a chat. Currently comprising 76, three and two bedroom fully selfcontained Independent Living Units. The lock up garages have remote control doors and you can access your home directly through your garage. There is also a 24 hour emergency call service in each villa. Evergreen's villas are designed to suit Over 55 Living, and as aged care providers, we understand the need for residents’ privacy, space and security.
