It was founded in 2015, and began its first round of programs in October 2015 by an experienced and heavily credentialed vocational training team with over two decades of combined industrial experience. We have teamed up with local businesses and government agencies to purchase ingredients, such as soap making supplies, vegetables, and food in general to help us deliver our Soapworks and Tastework
s programs. These supplies allow us to make soap, and food varieties, such as fried rice, pasta and soup. In addition, Hopeworks Community Solutions provides real life training, job seeking assistance, practical work experience, mentoring, employability skills and confidence boosting to the high school students, unemployed, and people with disabilities. This assists them to gain the necessary skills to secure employment and live prosperous lives, while directly helping our local community.
