A huge congratulations to our AFL team who took on Merimbula this week. Our team was filled by many younger players this year and they should be very proud of their efforts on the day and their amazing positivity. Well done and thanks to Merimbula for a great game.

🏉 Our Pambula Public School Rugby League team proudly represented our school yesterday at the Classic Shield competition.

The team played two very close games and demonstrated outstanding determination from start to finish. Mr Macca and Mrs Bolton were extremely impressed with the players' effort, sportsmanship, teamwork and positive attitudes throughout the day.

A special thank you to Mr Macca for the time and dedication he put into training the team in the lead up to the event, as well as his coaching and encouragement on the day. Your support helped the students perform with confidence and pride.

A big thank you to the NRL for organising such a fantastic event and providing our students with the opportunity to compete, develop their skills and enjoy the game.

Well done, you should all be proud of your efforts!

Did you know that you need a birth certificate for nearly everything — enrolling in daycare/school, getting a driver’s license, opening bank accounts, employment, sporting events, applying for houses and more. If you or your children do not have a birth certificate and need support, NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages are hosting a support day to help people through the process.

No appointment needed. It's free!

Date: Wednesday 24th June 2026
Time: 9am to 2pm

On the day, Registry staff will be available to assist with:
• Birth registrations
• Applications for birth, marriage, and death certificates
• Digital Birth Certificate applications for young people aged 16–21 years
• Change of name applications and corrections

This week is School Canteen Week where we celebrate our wonderful Canteen staff, volunteers and produce partners.

Did you know Pambula Public School is one of the only schools in the Shire that has a P&C operated Canteen!? A big thank you to our P&C association, the dedicated canteen staff and the amazing volunteers who keep our kids fed when we just can't face another lunch box.

Well done to our touch football teams who played against Eden PS yesterday. Both games were very close with the boys game going into extra time which was very exciting! Unfortunately we didn’t win either game but Mrs Bolton was very proud of the respectful way both games were played. Good luck to Eden PS as they progress to the next round.

Pambula played two excellent games against Eden Public on Wednesday in the boys and girls soccer. The boys never gave up, going behind twice to level the scores at 2-2 at full time. After extra time, Eden came out on top.
The girls game was equally exciting, also going to extra time. Our girls came home strong, with some great passing to win 2-0.

A huge thank you to Eden Public for hosting the games. Good luck to the Eden boys side for the next round. Well done to both our girls and boys for your determination, teamwork and effort. Congratulations to our girls side, who now move in to the next round.
