Marion Outdoor Pool

The Marion Outdoor Pool will temporarily close while important upgrades are completed to improve safety, accessibility and the overall visitor experience.

Works are scheduled to begin in September 2026. Due to the scale of the project, the pool will be closed during construction and won't open for the 2026/27 season.

These upgrades will extend the life of the pool by at least 25 years, with structural improvements, new accessible entry points and upgraded filtration systems.

These improvements will ensure the Marion Outdoor Pool can be enjoyed for many years to come. Thank you for your patience and support while we carry out these important works.

That's a wrap! 💙

As another wonderful season comes to an end, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who visited, swam, relaxed, and made memories with us this summer! ☀️💦

From families enjoying the sunshine to dedicated lap swimmers and everyone in between, it’s been fantastic to see our facility buzzing with activity and community spirit.

Marion Outdoor Pool is now officially closed for the season, and we look forward to welcoming you all back when we reopen next season.

The 2025/26 pool season will come to an end on Sunday 26 April 2026.
