CORE PARTY VALUES

Our Core Party Values are an essential part of our Party Constitution. These values are the values that the party is formed on and the guiding light on any policy stance we take when drafting policy.

We respect and embrace the Judeo-Christian foundation that has helped build our great nation whilst maintaining a clear separation of state and religion

We will not be bound to any group or groups in the community, but will always conduct activities with the best interest of Australia and its people at heart

We support a multi-ethnic society that puts integration over segregation

We will ensure all citizens live under the one set of laws

We support the natural family and traditional values

We will maintain and protect our liberty, democracy and self-reliance

We will fight back against political correctness and extreme political ideologies

We will put Australia first, our people first and will not be subservient to any foreign power or institution

We support the principles of justice and one’s right to self-defence

We promise to provide for the defence and security of the nation

We will uphold Australia’s democratic structure and keep government accountable to the people

We support sensible economic management with efficient and effective limited government bureaucracy

We will maintain the lowest possible taxation and government size to effectively administer the nation

We respect the sanctity of life

We support the ability for the individual to create wealth and pursue their own goals with limited government intrusion.

With over 100,000 homeless, and millions who can barely afford to eat and pay rent, what are the major parties doing about this? So far as we can see - nothing.

There are 200,000 homes in prime Sydney real estate sitting empty because foreign investors a snapping them up and not using them, real estate boss Douglas Driscoll claims.

Gay Discrimination:

While there are many arguments currently going around by Mr Shorten and his leftist crew that a plebiscite will cause the LGBTQI community to be discriminated, bullied, and harassed and that will lead to potential suicides, we must look at what happens when the bigoted group does not get their way.

A recent situation has arisen where a straight lady accepting of their way of life and working as a general manager of a gay festival in South Australia was treated by them with no dignity. Instead, this community chose to spit on her, harass her, threaten her family, make her lose her job, and more, all because she is not homosexual.

While we acknowledge this situation involved only one part of the LGBTQI community, we must also recognise that this community must feel safe and confident enough to express its opinions and dish out abuse, so we are sure they can handle a civilised debate on traditional marriage and a subsequent plebiscite. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/arts/feast-festival-boss-suspended-for-being-too-straight/news-story/0b445e40e8dc55432633909dfba13ed6

Adelaide’s Feast Festival, which celebrates South Australia’s LGBTQI community, has suspended its general manager in what insiders claim is an attack on her sexuality.

The Young Conservatives are in agreeance that reform has to happen from an early age to stop welfare dependency. By stopping this before it becomes a problem, Australia will not only see the economic benefits but the people that would have otherwise been on welfare will feel better about themselves, as they do their fair share in order to contribute to our society. http://www.skynews.com.au/news/politics/federal/2016/09/20/new-plan-to-break-the-welfare-trap.html

A report into the impact of long-term welfare reliance will be released by the federal government.

We do not believe traditional marriage is something that should be on the negotiating table. Conservatives must put their foot down and stop this cultural decline from happening. For every inch we give the progressive left will take it a mile. While it would be better if this was never an issue, in the current climate a 'No' vote on the plebiscite is the only way we can let these radicals hear the silent majority. http://www.skynews.com.au/news/top-stories/2016/09/17/plebiscite-may-change-on--negotiation-table-.html

The PM says the govt could make changes to its same-sex marriage plebiscite in a bid to get Labor on board.

Mr Shorten is fond of saying that Mr Turnbull can't control the right-wing of his party and push his own agenda. The question is, does Mr Shorten either not trust the Australian people to vote on such a controversial and consequential issue such as Traditional Marriage v the disintegration of this institution to nothing more than a progressive's dream or is he so weak and insecure about his own leadership that he is trying to hold off a challenge from the left of his party? http://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/2016/09/14/pm-presents-same-sex-marriage-vote-bill-0

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has introduced to parliament legislation to set up a plebiscite on same-sex marriage, telling MPs society would be stronger if more people were married. Mr Turnbull reminded them the plebiscite was a coalition election commitment they should support and respect becaus...

While it is good to see Sam Dastyari step-down from the shadow frontbench, one has to wonder why he stays in parliament with Labors support. Let's hope the investigation continues to find out why he asked for the money, what the Chinese expected in return, and if it is the only case where he asked for money.
http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-09-07/sam-dastyari-steps-down-from-labor's-front-bench/7823970

Sam Dastyari steps down from the party's frontbench following controversy surrounding money he received from companies linked to the Chinese Government.
