Every morning during our Welcome Circle, each class completes an Acknowledgment of Country, acknowledging the traditional owners of the land; the Bunurong/Boonwurrung Peoples. Each year level and class completes their Acknowledgment differently, with some examples seen in the video below.

On Wednesday 27th May, Pearcedale Deaf Facility students had their termly catch up with their big buddies from Mount Erin Deaf Education Centre.
They love their catch ups because they are a great way for them to catch up with past students and also an opportunity to find out more about their wonderful mentors!

STEM - Blubots
This was the Foundation students’ introduction to coding. They played a few games using instructions; Forwards, Backwards, Left and Right, learning how to use the Blubots. Each student worked with a partner to give the Blubot a sequence of instructions to follow.

Lots of fun at Special Person’s Day today! Thank you to all of our visitors. Well done to everyone who completed the scavenger hunt. The lucky winners were Willow P from 1D and Tommy F from 4C who each receive a $20 voucher to spend at the book fair!
