September Coffee Catch Up, Celebrating Local Business! 💙

What a fantastic morning at our September Coffee Catch Up, proudly sponsored by Morton Real Estate - Penrith, as they celebrated 10 years of business locally! 🎉

Over the past decade, Morton Real Estate has been about so much more than buying and selling property. September 1 – National Day of Awareness for Women with Breast Cancer 🎀

Today is an important reminder that breast cancer can affect women of all ages.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported Pink Up Penrith and helped us raise awareness across our community. 💗

The message is simple but so important: know your breasts, know what is normal for you, and get any changes checked.

If you notice a lump, a change in size or shape, unusual pain, skin changes, ni**le changes or anything that is different for you, please don't ignore it. Make an appointment with your doctor and have it checked.

Early detection can make a real difference, and taking a few minutes to regularly check yourself is an important part of looking after your health.

Thank you to our wonderful local businesses, sponsors, community groups and everyone who has worn pink, attended an event, donated or helped us spread this important message.
