❄️💙 Community Warmth on a Chilly Morning 💙❄️
Our dedicated AMURT Australia WA volunteers were up bright and early this chilly morning, preparing for our fortnightly pantry and essentials distribution for families doing it tough across the City of Armadale.
Despite the cold weather, there was plenty of warmth, kindness and smiles as families arrived to choose from a range of pantry items, fresh eggs, bread, toiletries, school socks and other essential supplies. Seeing people leave with the items they need, and knowing they are supported by their community, makes every early start worthwhile.
Our volunteers also prepared breakfast and lunch hampers for delivery to our partner schools in Armadale, as well as to families who were unable to attend due to lack of transport or hospitalisation.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing volunteers whose compassion, commitment and generosity make this work possible. Your willingness to give your time and energy continues to bring comfort, dignity and hope to so many in our community.
