We have a new bus on display, kindly loaned by the Bus Preservation Society of Western Australia!

A significant bus in the BPSWA collection, K17 - Regal Mark IV (1952) is the only bus from the Kalamunda Bus Service (KBS) known to survive today and claimed to be the first under floor engine bus in Western Australia.

As National Volunteer Week draws to a close, we're taking a moment to celebrate all of the volunteers who give their time and effort, both here in Whiteman Park and further afield. You are cherished and valued. Thank you!

We would dearly like to thank our two treasures - Jan and Rod - who support our work here at Revolutions Museum too. Excitingly, Rod was commemorated for his 10 year service to the Park this year. An incredible milestone! 🥳

We have brought out a horse-drawn wagonette featured in the 1986 miniseries, A Fortunate Life, based on an autobiographical story by Albert Facey.

Are your kids ready to Saddle Up into Revolutions Museum these school holidays?

To celebrate our latest exhibition - Hold your Horses! - we've gathered some of our favourite horsey activities to enjoy!

Be sure to work out how many hands tall you are when exploring our newest exhibit! 🐴

Gallop on in every day of the school holidays, including the public holidays, from 10.00am to 4.00pm, and entry is by donation, as always.

Don't forget, if you're visiting on the weekends, you catch a train, then hop aboard the Whiteman Park Shuttle at the Whiteman Park Station to get dropped off right outside the museum!

Over the years, there have been all sorts of events and demonstrations at Whiteman Park.

As part of an ongoing photo project, we catalogued this image which shows a wagon from the Swan Brewery being pulled by four mighty Clydesdales! 🐴🐴🐴🐴

You can see a very different view of the Park’s bush in the background and the telltale tramlines.
