One of the best things you can do after an application or interview process is ask for feedback. It can provide valuable insights into your strengths and highlight areas where you can continue to develop.

When asking for feedback, consider preparing a couple of targeted questions for the hiring manager, such as:

🌿 Field Officer
Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on, physically active work. NPWS is seeking both entry-level candidates and those with trade backgrounds such as electrical, carpentry or mechanical experience. 🌿 Senior Field Officer

Most interviews include an opportunity for candidates to ask questions. This is your chance to learn more about the role, the team, workplace culture, and the next steps in the recruitment process.

Prepare 2-3 thoughtful questions in advance and avoid asking about information already covered in the job description. Remember, this is still part of the interview.
