Kanyana Teens returns on Tuesday 4 August 🐢🐞🐸🦔🐦!

If you have a budding vet, environmental scientist or nature lover in your family – our Kanyana Teens after-school program for 12-15 year olds is just for them! Each term our education team take young people through a different wildlife or ecology subject, while giving everyone a chance to see behind the scenes in our wildlife hospital and meet some of our beautiful sanctuary animals.

This term we will be learning all about our amazing REPTILES 🦎🐢🐍🦖🦕: the different species in Australia, their fascinating breeding strategies, how they catch their prey and avoid predators and how citizen science can protect them from harm! Everyone will have a chance to meet our skinks, snakes and turtle and learn more about how we can help their wild cousins stay safe in their natural environments.
