So in these times when many West Aussies are feeling cost of living pressures, I’m recommitting to getting out and talking to you about your issues and concerns, and doing everything in my power to make your life better.

Booths are closed. Thank you, Secret Harbour.

What a campaign. Thousands of doors, hundreds of conversations, and a community that told me exactly what it wants: cost of living relief that actually reaches people here, health care you can rely on, and a local member who shows up.

Thank you to every single volunteer in these photos. Thank you to the Premier and the team. Thank you to my family.

However tonight goes, I am so proud of what we built here together, and I am not going anywhere.

Early voting is open in the Secret Harbour by-election. Constituents can early vote 8am to 6pm every day between now and Friday 28 August (except Sunday 23 August) at 7 Sunlight Drive Port Kennedy - next to the old Bunnings.

This election is an important one - a choice between WA Labor, who will deliver a strong economy and cost of living relief, keep our GST deal and build critical infrastructure for Secret Harbour, like the new Mandurah Hospital and Karnup Train Station.

Or the instability of One Nation, with their voting record against tax cuts against every working Western Australian, against cheaper childcare, against Medicare.
