One World Centre

One World Centre The One World Centre is a non-profit, Global Learning and Resource Centre located in Bayswater, WA What do we do?

We provide educators and community members with a lending library of resources focused on equal opportunity and sustainable futures and on Indigenous knowledge and perspectives. All our work is aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Embedding the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander and Sustainability Cross Curriculum Priorities across all Learning Areas, especially in relation to Two-Way

Science, is a particular focus of the Centre. We provide education and community professional development workshops as well as promoting and supporting other organisations working in the areas of development, human rights and global sustainability.

Flourishing on Country: Strengthening Culture and Connection. 21st September The Wetlands Centre Cockburn

Key Speaker Panelists Corey Bridge, Corey Bridge, Principal Consultant Two-way Science, WA Department of Education, brings the Two Way Science perspective to the panel discussion. Come and hear about the work he does with the team at Ngaparrtji Ngaparrtji Two-way Science, Curriculum Priorities Department of Education on caring for country.

Corey brings experience in remote education and community engagement, shaped by his upbringing in remote Kimberley communities. Holding a Bachelor of Marine Science, he combines cultural knowledge with professional insight. A Yamatji/Noongar and Gija man with regional connections, he builds trust, strengthens relationships, and supports culturally responsive practice.

So inspiring seeing this generation leading the way.

More than 600 young people gathered at UN Headquarters in New York to help shape the future of AI. 🤖🌍

On , participants discussed how artificial intelligence can support the while protecting rights, expanding opportunity and reducing inequalities.

A key outcome was a Youth-led Declaration on AI Policy and Governance, bringing young people’s priorities into future discussions on global AI governance.
