We give thanks to God for Eleanor Lyons, who finished up her role as Academic Registrar this month. We had a morning tea to farewell Eleanor and celebrate her 11 years of service on our staff team. How blessed our students, staff and College have been by her compassion, kindness, wisdom, prayerfulness, trust in the Lord, and heart to make Christ known. We will really miss her!

However, we are excited that we'll still be seeing Eleanor around Trinity, as she begins her studies as a degree student next year! Please keep Eleanor in prayer as she starts this exciting new stage of training for ministry. We know she will be an incredible blessing wherever God leads her to serve 😃🙌

For a long time, when Vincent Lee went to church, he thought of it as a bargain with God. “I would think, okay God I will go to church for you today and then leave me alone.” But over the last ten years, God has been transforming Vincent’s heart. Not only does he want to go to church each Sunday, his whole week is now pivoted towards that Sunday service and his Tuesday evening studying at Trinity Theological College.

Trinity Equip is a two-year certificate program that equips women to be confident and capable in volunteer ministry.

Through Monday morning classes, hands-on ministry experience in your local church, and individual mentoring, you'll grow in Bible-handling, leadership, teamwork and pastoral care. Taught by women for women.

Sam's journey was one of patience, from receiving the call of God whilst in an architecture degree, to pursuing Australian citizenship all before he could begin his studies at Trinity.

Through it all, God remained faithful and his timing perfect.

What a fantastic and edifying two days this year's Conference was! 😃🙌

So wonderful to see so many gospel workers from across WA come together, united in our mission to serve Christ and make him known. There was a lot of great content as we considered tradition, mystery and beauty in light of the gospel and their implications for ministry.

A number of Trinity faculty presented talks and participated in sessions including Thom Bull, Don West, Allan Chapple, Clare Deeves, Tom Richards and Shelley Rae 🙏

Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength, and that those who wait on him will rise up as if on eagles’ wings, running without growing weary, walking without growing faint.

There’s a promise here for the tired and weary. Strength doesn’t come from our own effort, but from placing our hope in God. When life feels heavy or the road ahead seems long, we're invited to wait on him, not passively, but with expectant trust that he will renew us.

Where do you need God's strength today? Bring your weariness to him, and trust that he renews those who wait on him. 🕊️
