In recognition of World Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Day on May 30 and its global theme, ‘My MS Diagnosis,’ the exhibition offers a powerful opportunity to share the personal stories of our diverse and talented neuro community!

This year's exhibition theme, 'Navigating the Journey', encourages artists to explore their experience, with many pieces depicting a raw and real insight into having a neurological condition or knowing someone who does 🎨

Who thinks events just magically happen?

It might look that way on the day, but behind every successful community fundraiser is a passionate team of volunteers showing up, ready to give their time and support a cause they care about.

To the 1.5 million West Australians who volunteer, thank you for the difference you make every single day.

And to the incredible volunteers who stand alongside our MSWA community fundraisers, we truly cannot thank you enough. Your hard work and generosity help turn ideas into meaningful events that make a real impact.

We are so grateful for you 💙

Why 50,000 pull-ups?

Because 1-2 Australians are diagnosed with MS every day.

Throughout 2026, a very committed Kane is taking on an extraordinary challenge: to complete 50,000 pull-ups and raise thousands by completing 120 + pull-ups every single day of the year.

This challenge is deeply personal. Kane’s mum has lived with MS for 14 years and now lives wheelchair bound in regional WA, where access to care and specialist support is extremely limited. Kane has seen firsthand how isolating MS can be, especially for families in regional and remote communities.

Alongside working full-time and raising his young family, Kane has already completed over 10 thousand pull-ups, with the number climbing daily.

💙 Support Kane and MSWA
By donating or sharing Kane’s story, you’re helping MSWA support people living with MS and neurological conditions here in WA and beyond.

Together, we can turn determination into real impact.

🌍🏃‍♂️ From WA to London - running for MSWA!

Huge thanks to Swanny, who will be taking on the London Marathon for the second time this April in support of MSWA.

Starting in Blackheath, the course will take Swanny past some of London’s most iconic landmarks, including the historic Cutty Sark, the unforgettable crossing of Tower Bridge, through Canary Wharf, and along the Thames Embankment, before finishing in front of Buckingham Palace. An incredible journey from start to finish.

The amazing fundraising Swanny is doing on behalf of MSWA will go a long way in assisting us to continue supporting people living with neurological conditions across Western Australia. We’re so grateful for your commitment.

We hope all your hard work and training pay off on race day. Even though we won’t be there in person, we’ll be cheering you on all the way from WA! 💙
