How we’re strengthening your property assets 🏡📈
The Gumala Trust has been working hard over the past year to improve the performance, condition and long‑term sustainability of the Gumala properties - the homes and assets we manage on behalf of all Beneficiaries.
Here’s what we’ve achieved together:
– Stronger financial performance – The property portfolio is now generating almost $1 million more in revenue each year, with another $1 million in growth expected next year.
– Arrears reduced by more than half – Rent owed has dropped by around $275,000, thanks to regular checks and direct support for tenants.
– Repairs back on track – Since bringing repairs in‑house, we’ve completed 4 full home refurbishments, with 3 more underway.
– Over $1 million recovered in insurance claims – These funds go straight back into restoring and protecting Beneficiary assets.
These improvements show our commitment to managing your properties with care, transparency and accountability - and to building a stable, well‑maintained portfolio that supports all Beneficiaries now and into the future.
