We are excited to open the doors to our newest Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in Gosnells. Come through to explore this modern, purpose-built living space designed for comfort, independence, and long-term stability.

This project is a proud collaboration between Companion Health and our housing partner Habilitas, ensuring a seamless blend of premium infrastructure and high-quality support.

We have rooms available in a High Physical Support home in Gosnells with an existing SIL provider (Companion Health) already in place.

- Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) included
