This project is a proud collaboration between Companion Health and our housing partner Habilitas, ensuring a seamless blend of premium infrastructure and high-quality support.

We have rooms available in a High Physical Support home in Gosnells with an existing SIL provider (Companion Health) already in place.

- Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) included

Specialist Disability Accommodation – Now Available & Coming Soon

We currently offer two SDA properties in Gosnells, each designed to support a range of participant needs across:
• High Physical Support (HPS)
• Fully Accessible (FA)
• Improved Liveability (IL)

Current opportunities:
• One home with established SIL provider and immediate vacancies
• One home available for SIL partnership or participant placements

• Armadale
• Balga

• Robust housing options

We work closely with SIL providers, support coordinators, and participants to create the right housing and support fit.

It's been a great start to 2026! We're pleased to share that three of our four properties are now fully leased!
