One more week to go!

🌸 Mother’s Day Stall 🌸

Date: Friday, May 8

Show some love for Mum (or a special person!) by donating a small gift (to the value of $5) your child can purchase at our Mother’s Day stall.

🌸 How to participate:
Bring a gift to your child’s classroom box, before May 8- tick off your child’s name.
Gifts can include:
Chocolates 🍫 Candles 🕯️ Mugs ☕
Photo frames 🖼️ Plants 🌱 And other thoughtful surprises!

🌸 If your child has donated a gift, they will have the chance to buy a gift for Mum or a special person at the stall.

🌸 If you do not wish for your child to participate, please discuss this with them to avoid confusion and disappointment on the day

May 15 is just around the corner and Technicolour Disco is ready to light up the dance floor 🌈✨

Tickets are back open on Qkr! for anyone who missed out the first time. The DJ is locked in with your song requests, glow sticks are packed, and food tickets are sorted — all that’s left is you!

Get ready to bring the colour, the energy, and your best dance moves. See you on the 15th!

Uniform shop open Tomorrow - 30th April!

***On May 1st some items will increase in price, as we update our prices to reflect cost increases from our providers. So get them tomorrow before they go up!****

Here are our Term 2 Uniform Shop Opening Days & Times for 2026:
Thur - 30th Apr - 8:30am to 9:00am
Thur - 14th May - 8:30am to 9:00am
Thur - 28th May - 8:30am to 9:00am
Thur - 11th Jun - 8:30am to 9:00am
Thur - 25th Jun - 8:30am to 9:00am

QKR & Email/transfer Orders between these dates will be filled and available for pickup at the next uniform shop opening.

QKR & Email/transfer Orders not collected at uniform shop, will be given to the school front office and you will be contacted re collection or the items will be given to your child to bring home.

PAYMENTS: QKR (recommended), bank transfer or Cash (near exact amount)

Our classroom donation boxes are now ready and waiting! From today, students can bring in a small gift (around $5 value) to place in their classroom box for the Mother’s Day Stall.

Please remember to tick off your child’s name when donating.

Gift ideas include chocolates, candles, mugs, photo frames, plants or any thoughtful surprise.

Welcome Back to Term 2! Tomorrow! Monday April 20th!

Term 2 is here — and we have some great things coming up! Mothers Day stall on May 8th is the first event for the P&C. There are some changes this year, so make sure you read the posts and notices so you are across what is happening! Then we have our long awaited Technicolour Disco! Don your colours, Grab your dancing shoes and let's have some fun! Fingers crossed the weather behaves this time. Don’t forget the faction carnival and cake stall, we all love us a cake stall, and make a note of our mid term pupil free day that runs into a public holiday weekend.

4 Day Weekend folks!!!!!

So Grab your diary and jot these dates down — many of these events will need volunteers and possibly baked goods, so come along and get involved😄.
We're also still on the lookout for organisers to help bring some events to life.
If you’re keen to get involved, drop us a message or come to a P&C meeting — we’d love to have you on board!

Hey GPS families

Unfortunately due to the cyclone and incoming storm advice we have had to make the decision to postpone our Technicolour Disco!

But don't fret we have already rebooked the DJ for Friday the 15th May, all tickets and dinner orders will transfer over to the new date!

Now you have a bit more time to suss out an amazing costume and work on those dance moves.
