Our students had the opportunity to attend a live performance of Michael Jackson the Musical at Crown Theatre, giving them the chance to see a professional theatre production firsthand.
Students had a fabulous time and got to have a Q&A session with some of the main cast and production team! 🤩✨

The AIS is looking for new and existing athletes, aged from 13-23 to be selected for 16 Olympic sports. It’s a talent pathway and an opportunity to be seen for your raw talent.

Our Year 9 to 12 students are gaining valuable real-world skills through Try-A-Trade, TAFE/RTO’s, Workplace Learning and Work Experience opportunities. From working towards a certificate qualification and exploring career pathways to building confidence and independence, these experiences allow students to connect classroom learning with the world of work and further education.

We are proud of their enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment as they represent our school in the community. A big thank you to our local businesses and industry partners for supporting and mentoring our students — your guidance makes a lasting impact!

The 2027 Queensland Outdoor Education Trip Information Evening, scheduled for:

Date: Monday 15 June 2026
Time: 4pm – 5pm
Venue: Library, Lesmurdie SHS, 21 Reid Road, Lesmurdie.

This information session will detail the requirements for student selection, logistics associated with interstate travel and the expected financial commitment.
Please be aware that this first information session is compulsory therefore no RSVP is required.
Nonattendance will be considered as not having an interest in participating in the process for this trip, unless you contact Mr Morris prior to the information evening stating your interest and reason for your absence.
