For the past 6 years, Fred has been the heart of the Repair Cafe Belmont 💚

He’s led a team of dedicated volunteers providing free repair services to residents, helping keep items out of landfill and promoting sustainability through repair 🛠️

Fred has built a welcoming space for connection, learning, and community spirit, and has worked tirelessly to support and recruit volunteers along the way. 🙌

At our 2025 Civic Dinner, we were proud to present Fred with a Community Service Award. Congratulations, Fred, and thank you for your dedication and service to our community.
