Community and Friends of the Rainbow Labor WA Branch.

Rainbow Labor WA Community Organisation is for members of the community that are interested in how the Rainbow Labor branch works across the rest of WA Labor. Our purpose is to bring together people who are engaged in the LGBTI+ community and to provide a platform for policy discussion and community engagement. As a direct branch of the WA Labor party, we work to influence policies that affect LGBTI+ Western Australians.

Pride in Peel is a small NGO that promotes and supports an inclusive, safe community for the LGBTQIA+ folk, families and allies in the Mandurah area.

Today we’re supporting them at the rainbow fair and family fairday.
🌈 We stand in pride & continue to advocate for equality, dignity & inclusion for all.

Today is Transgender Day of Visibility 🏳️‍⚧️

Before trans people were the focus of misinformation and moral panic the same tactics were used against gay and le***an communities.

We’ve seen this pattern before.

If you’re unsure what to believe, take a moment to look at credible sources, listen to lived experiences and question where the loudest narratives are coming from.
