Pine Rivers State High School Showcase : We have just had a visit from the talented students from Pine Rivers High School. Their choirs, dance groups and bands/ ensembles performed to an eager audience. It was wonderful to see them showcase their talents. It was also great to see some of our talented former students come back and visit - its always great to see some KSS 'oldies'.

Pentathlon update
o The 10-12 Years Pentathlon scheduled for Monday 15th June has been postponed to Wednesday 24th June due to wet oval conditions.
o The Year 3-4 Pentathlon is still scheduled for Wednesday 17th June. A decision will be made on Monday 15th June as to whether it proceeds.

Athletics Training Friday 3.15 - 4.15pm will still go ahead. High Jump will be in the Main Hall and we will also do some Long Jump as well.

This term, the students in 1B have been exploring informative texts and learning all about different animals. They investigated animal features, habitats, diets, and behaviours while developing their research and writing skills. As part of their learning, students created impressive trioramas showcasing lizard habitats. We are proud of the curiosity, creativity, and knowledge students demonstrated throughout this unit. Have at look at their impressive effort.

Boys Rugby League Training Thursday 11 June CANCELLED. Whilst the boys would probably enjoy sliding about on the oval and getting muddy we will cancel the after school session and reschedule again after the holidays.

800m Events for tomorrow POSTPONED due to poor weather. When we get a clearer indication of the weather conditions we will be able to share details about the rescheduled date. The status of the Pentathlon 15th and 17th June are also unclear at this point. We will provide an update on Friday 12th June.
