Port Douglas Surf Life Saving Club Come join the crew! Port Douglas Surf Life Saving Club is a community organisation run by volunteers.

Saving lives, building legends & keeping our Four Mile Beach safe since 1983! 🏝️💛❤️ From Nippers to seasoned lifesavers, we’re all about fun, beach & community spirit. The Port Douglas club currently has membership of 120+ made up of active volunteers who assist with beach patrol, through to junior members who are learning skills to become future lifesavers. The club holds regular weekly training

sessions throughout our Sports/Patrolling season May - Nov, and attends North Queensland surf sports carnivals. It was fantastic to see so many new faces and excited kids enjoying the day. A huge thank you to our wonderful Age Managers, Water Safety team, Office team and Canteen volunteers for all your hard work and support.
