The Environment, Resources and Development Committee is holding a public hearing at Parliament House in the Balcony Room:
• Monday, 7 September 2026: 9:15am – approximately 4:00pm
*Please note in-person seating is limited and is first come-first served. There is no guarantee of a seat.
The hearing will form part of the inquiry into matters relating to the National Trust of South Australia (NTSA). This includes investigating the NTSA’s governance and organisational structure, as well as the operation, effectiveness and relevance of the National Trust of South Australia Act 1955.
The Committee will also examine the NTSA’s management and preservation of heritage assets, the role of volunteers and community stakeholders, and the impact of organisational and governance issues on regional communities.
