🛫 January 2026 Port Lincoln Airport Flight Schedule 🛬

The 3rd and final stage of the Port Lincoln Airport's Runway Renewal project will see the entire main runway and taxiway resealed and line marked.

The works will occur between 9.30am and 5pm each day (excluding the long weekend) starting 12 January 2026 and concluding 31 January 2026, with a 2pm finish.

During this time, the airport is operational every day with 8 regular public transport flights arriving into Port Lincoln Airport and 8 departures from the airport each day.

Airport management worked closely with the airlines to determine when passenger loadings were at their lowest annual level to minimise disruption.

As Port Lincoln Airport flights connect directly to Adelaide Airport we wish to advise of some modifications Adelaide Airport Management have notified us of to ensure travellers are aware. As part of the Adelaide Airport Check In Expansion Project works there has been modifications to the regional walkway for customers that arrive on the regional bays (50). This update provides details on access adjustments and operational impacts to help ensure awareness and minimise disruption during construction.

Regional arrivals on Bay 50 (Qantas Link) now use an alternate pedestrian pathway (effective 31 October). Passengers will be directed via a new pedestrian pathway to access the baggage reclaim area. The pathway is covered, accessible, includes rest stops and features clear signage. It is approx. 40m further walk than the existing (current) walkway to the southern end of the terminal.
Passengers with connecting flights can continue to use the existing Southern Screening route.
The map shows the new walkway (marked S) to pick up baggage and leave the airport.

DUE TO UNFAVOURABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS STAGE 2 RUNWAY WORKS HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED TO A LATER DATE.

🛬Notice of 2nd Stage Airside Works – Port Lincoln Airport (Airside)🛫

Work to strengthen sections of the main Port Lincoln Airport runway will begin next week in what is stage two of an airside infrastructure asset renewal project.

Completed - Stage one - aircraft parking bay reseal and new line marking, was completed earlier in the year while Stage three, a reseal of the main runway will be completed in January 2026.

Stage two works will be night works undertaken from 8pm to 6.30am, from Monday 26th to Thursday 29th May 2025.

There is not expected to be any disruptions to passenger travel.

Runway Asset Renewal Project Update

We are pleased to advise the works which involved resealing the surface of the entire apron and applying new line marking, including the required markings for the larger Qantas Dash 8 Q400, were completed today ahead of schedule.

A collaborative approach and good communications between staff, contractors and users ensured the works were completed with minimal disruptions - good weather helped too!

The second stage of the works is strengthening the main runway in sections which is scheduled to take place in September at night when the airport is closed.

🛬Notice of Works – Port Lincoln Airport (Airside)🛫

Council is beginning the first of a three-stage airside infrastructure asset renewal project at the Port Lincoln Airport next week (3-7 February 2025).

The works will be staged to accommodate continued air services, and there is not expected to be any disruptions to passengers.

Details and timing of each Stage is as follows:

⚠️Stage One (3-7 February 2025): Parking bay reseal and new line marking.
🚧Stage Two (September 2025): Strengthening sections of the main runway.
⚠️Stage Three (January 2026): Resealing the main runway.
