Puberty can be a challenging time for both children and parents. But you do not have to navigate it alone.
As children grow, they experience physical, emotional and social changes that can sometimes feel overwhelming. For parents and carers of children living with disability, these conversations and transitions can come with additional questions and challenges.

These sessions are designed to provide practical information, helpful strategies and a supportive space to learn how you can confidently support your child through puberty.
While this session has been developed with parents and carers of children living with disability in mind, all parents and carers of children approaching puberty are warmly welcome to attend. Whether you are preparing for what is ahead or already navigating these changes, you will leave feeling more informed and confident.
