🤒 SWIMMING LESSON UPDATE

Unfortunately, our swimming team has been hit hard by illness, with a number of staff currently away with the flu.

As a result, some swimming lessons have been cancelled today, while others will continue as scheduled.

📱 If your lesson has been cancelled, you will receive a text message from PLACE. Please keep an eye on your phone for any updates, particularly as we work through the coming days.

We know cancellations can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Credits are being applied to accounts for cancelled lessons, and we’ll continue to keep you informed as we assess staffing levels each day.

A quick reminder for our swimming families: while our pool water is carefully monitored and maintained at the required chemical levels to help control and kill bacteria, pool chemicals do not prevent or eliminate airborne illnesses such as influenza.

If you or your child is unwell, please help us protect our swimmers and our team by:

💙 Marking your child as absent from their lesson
💙 Keeping them home while they are unwell
💙 Returning to lessons once they are feeling better and well enough to participate

We really appreciate your understanding and support while our team recovers. 💙

Please check your phone for a text from PLACE if there are any changes to your lesson.
