Congratulations to Rose (year 12) and Lexi (year 7) who have spent the last week competing at Hamilton Eisteddfod. They both competed well in their solo sections amidst very strong competition and their senior troup placed in all three of it's sections!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Jesse and the amazing contribution he made at the YACVic Breaking Down the Silos Conference as part of a youth panel sharing his experiences as a young musician in the Great South Coast.
Jesse has been involved in many of our Amplify music programs over the years, and it was wonderful to see him confidently take to the stage, sharing his journey, achievements and the impact that music opportunities can have on young people's lives.
A huge thank you to Jesse for making the effort to attend, speak up and advocate for more programs, pathways and opportunities for young musicians across our region. Your passion, honesty and willingness to share your story will help shape future opportunities for other young people and inspire those coming behind you.

The sun was shining and what an incredible day.
Donations are still being counted, but thanks to the generosity of our students, staff, and families, we have raised close to $1,000 for FightMND.
Our sausage sizzle contributed and was a huge hit, and there was plenty of excitement as staff and students took part in the Ice Bucket Challenge. It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, having fun, and embracing the spirit of the day, all while supporting an important cause.
A huge thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and helped make the day such a success.

This year Bayview College has had its highest amount of students involved in the music program. There are 89 students playing an instrument every week at school. Bayview is extremely proud of the students that perform at events for school and our greater community.
