We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Certificate III and Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a casual basis.
If you are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development and enjoy working in a positive, team-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About you:

We are excited for our end of year Christmas Raffle, where all funds are returned to our beautiful preschool.

If you are a member of our broader community and would like to contribute to our collection for Coast Shelter, a donation basket is available in the Preschool foyer 8-4 Mon-Fri for the month of November.
Thank you for supporting this valuable community service.

The act of giving fosters empathy and compassion and helps children develop into thoughtful, generous, and community minded adults who are more likely to contribute to society in the future. Coast Community Shelter is an invaluable local service that provides personal support for people experiencing homelessness of domestic and family violence.
As part of our Pyjama week fun we will be teaching children about the value of giving particularly to those who are less fortunate than we may be and asking for any small donation of NEW children’s pyjamas, toiletries or toys.

Today we support the Day of Action to advocate for fair funding and wage parity with our fellow educators in long day care and Department Preschools.

We LOVE the community preschool model, and our community LOVES the community preschool model.

Our preschools are more than just places of learning - they are safe, inclusive, community-driven spaces that provide Exceeding Quality care and practices.

But this model is under pressure, and we must stand together to protect it. Without fair funding and fair wages, our children’s futures and the educators who support them, are at risk.

We would like to thank a few more of our amazing local businesses who have contributed to prizes for the Trivia Night on the 24th: Tuesday Skate and CC Hoops.

Don't forget to join us for a fun filled evening of trivia, silent auction, raffle, and table prizes all in support of Pretty Beach Community Preschool. With special guest David Abrahams as MC and Quizmaster!

Time: 6:30PM for a 7:00 PM start
Location: Killcare Surf Life Saving Club
