We're all in for National Reconciliation Week 🖤☀️❤️

This week, our First Peoples Partnerships Working Group led a whole-of-organisation session, sharing some practical examples of how our commitment to advancing self-determination is being delivered across our portfolio of projects.

With panels from the Tarratarra Stadium and Silverbrook teams, we reflected on how our projects are uplifted through strengthening our relationships with Traditional Owners and First Peoples communities, and our efforts to prioritise visible cultural values, language revitalisation and procurement from Aboriginal-owned businesses.

Introducing Echo - a striking art installation that brings Central Pier's footprint back to life across Victoria Harbour.

Made up of 147 illuminated marine buoys arranged in a precise grid, Echo creates a moving visual “echo” of Central Pier.

By day, it reveals the scale and geometry of the former pier. By night, it transforms into a mesmerising field of light - inviting people to pause, connect and reflect on Docklands’ evolving story.

Echo was designed by LookEar and Mono Design and delivered in partnership with Heritage Victoria, Parks Victoria and the City of Melbourne.

Docklands’ Melbourne Quarter is officially complete!

West Tower is now open - adding another 797 build-to-rent apartments to the precinct as the final part of the Melbourne Quarter puzzle 🧩

Delivered in partnership with Lendlease, Melbourne Quarter brings more homes, jobs and open space to the inner-CBD - with more than half the precinct dedicated to places like Sky Park and Ti-Tree Park for people to connect and recharge.

Located opposite Southern Cross Station and within the free tram zone, West Tower supports thousands of people to live and work close to everything Melbourne has to offer.

Melbourne Quarter's completion marks another step in Docklands’ transformation into a thriving destination to live, work and visit.

Meet Tarratarra Stadium - the new name for the Armstrong Creek Sports Centre in Geelong👋
