Push ups are a great way to build strength at your own pace.
✅ Strengthen arms, chest and core
✅ Support your spine
✅ Improve posture

Start with push ups against a wall.
Place your hands on the wall, step back, and gently bend your arms and bring your chest towards the wall.
Keep your body in a straight line, then push back to return to the start.

As you feel more confident, you can try this on a bench or step.
