🚗🛻🚙VEHICLE REGISTRATION REBATE🚗🛻🚙

From Monday 1st June to Friday 31st July 2026 Victorians can apply for a 20% rebate on light vehicle registration payments for 2025-26, saving up to $186 per vehicle. Pensioners who already get a discount can apply as well.

Eligible personal vehicles include cars, station wagons, motorcycles, utes, and vans. You can claim a maximum of 2 cars per person.

Applications will be open from Monday 1st June to Friday 31st July 2026. Apply via the Services Victoria app or website. You will need to provide your registration and bank account details.

If you need help applying drop into the Neighbourhood House, Tuesday to Thursday between 9am- 4:30pm and Julie will help you apply.

We are delighted to announce that Pyalong Neighbourhood House raised $516.00 for the Cancer Council's Biggest Morning Tea Op Shop Week.

We would like to thank everyone who came in and purchased items or made a donation. We are very grateful. These funds will assist many people affected by cancer.

🌼🌼Cancer Council - Biggest Morning Tea🌼🌼
The Pyalong Neighbourhood House has once again registered for the Biggest Morning Tea. This year, like last year, we wont be holding a morning tea but we will be donating the proceeds of all sales from week 18th to 21st May from the Op Shop to help support the Cancer Council's important work.

Please come in and check out all our bargain priced items. You will be helping out a wonderful cause. If you can't come in next week, you can come into the Pyalong Neighbourhood House and donate at anytime or donate online via our page link:

Census data helps plan local services, where and when they are needed. It informs important decisions about transport, schools, health care, infrastructure and business.

More than 16,000 Field Officer positions are now available all over Australia, and no prior experience is required.

These jobs are temporary, flexible and close to home. We’re looking for people from a broad range of backgrounds and ages, who know and care about their community, to apply.
Field Officers are the local face of the Census.

They drop off Census letters and forms, answer questions from the public and follow up with households that have not yet responded.
