We're proud to support this Toy Story 5 initiative with Save the Children Australia, Walt Disney Studios and Reading Cinemas - Australia, helping give pre-loved toys a new adventure. Together, we can keep toys in play for longer and out of landfill.🧸

On International Day of Play we’re championing a world where every child’s right to play is fulfilled by teaming up with Walt Disney Studios, Reading Cinemas - Australia and TerraCycle Australia for the release of Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5 in cinemas June 18, to give pre-loved toys a new adventure.

Look out for the Toy Story 5 donation booths in the foyer of your local Reading Cinemas these school holidays.

Every donated toy will begin a new adventure.

Many will find a new home through our op shops, raising funds for vital programs that support children and families across Australia and around the world.

Others will go straight into our Play2Learn programs, where they support early childhood development through play, giving children access to safe, stimulating learning environments.

And for any toy that’s seen one too many adventures? That’s where TerraCycle step in to make sure it’s responsibly recycled, keeping it out of landfill and contributing to a more sustainable future.

Together we can give beloved toys a new story and help create brighter futures for children everywhere.

🔍 Items are sorted by material type and prepared for processing.
⚙️ Plastics, glass, and metals are separated and recycled through specialised processes.
🏭 The resulting raw materials is then used in the manufacturing of new products, helping keep valuable materials in circulation.

Healthy oceans start with healthy waterways. 🌊

This World Oceans Day, we're highlighting the work of the TerraCycle Foundation, which helps prevent plastic pollution from reaching the ocean by collecting and recycling rubbish from rivers and canals.
