INCIDENT - Princes Freeway, Laverton North OPEN
UPDATE 6.40pm
The citybound lanes of the Princes Freeway onto the West Gate Freeway and Geelong Road have ben re-opened, following a truck rollover and debris spill. Delays should ease.
However, the ramp from the M80 Ring Road onto the Princes Freeway towards Geelong will remain closed through the night as crews complete repairs to the barrier.
Motorists should continue to use Boundary Road, Fitzgerald Road and Leakes Road around the closure.

All citybound lanes of the Princes Freeway onto the West Gate Freeway and Geelong Road and the ramp from the M80 Ring Road onto the Princes Freeway towards Geelong remain closed, after a truck rolled and lost its load.
The clean up and barrier repair work continue. Crews are trying to re-open lanes as soon as possible.

All citybound lanes of the Princes Freeway onto the West Gate Freeway and Geelong Road are closed, after a truck rolled and lost its load. The ramp from the M80 Ring Road Altona-bound onto the Princes Freeway is also closed.
Delays on the Princes Freeway and at the Boundary Road ramps to and from the M80 Ring Road are expected to build significantly through the morning.
If you're heading citybound you'll be diverted onto the M80 Ring Road to then exit at Boundary Road and use Little Boundary Road, Geelong Road and Grieve Parade onto the West Gate Freeway.
To avoid queuing consider leaving the Princes Freeway earlier at Kororoit Creek Road and take Grieve Parade through Altona North.
Drivers heading towards Geelong from the M80 Ring Road should exit at Boundary Road and use Fitzgerald Road and Leakes Road. Alternatively, take Boundary Road, Little Boundary Road and Geelong Road on to the Princes Freeway.
Please obey overhead signals, merge early, and stay alert for emergency services working on the roadway.
All emergency services are attending. Lanes will re-open only when it is safe to do so.
