Barkin Mad Ultra First of its kind in Australia, we bring you the Barkin Mad Ultra. Dogs running to save dogs. Join us on the 5th and 6th October 2024

Dogs running to save dogs!

A 2 KM walk or a 10k walk/run, 20 KM or 50 KM race to Support the Aus Hair of the Dog Rescue INC. The 10km and 20 km will be on the Saturday and the 2 km and 50 km will be on the Sunday. A new race that will strengthen your bond with your best friend, challenge your limits and raise funds to further support the amazing work carried out by the Aus Hair of the Dog INC., dog rescue. We together have the chance to help make positive pawprints for change!

🐾 BARKIN MAD RECCE RUN UPDATE 🐾

A couple of changes to this Sunday’s recce run!

Unfortunately, the Eventurers are no longer able to join us, so we’ll be switching things up slightly. We will now have ONE pace group, with everyone starting on trail at 9:20am.

The course remains exactly the same — our 10km looped Barkin Mad course! 🏃‍♀️🐕

While the Eventurers won’t be there for their pet portraits this Sunday, we’ll still be getting some photos of everyone out enjoying the trail and building the excitement for Barkin Mad Ultra in October. 📸

And there’s still plenty of reasons to come along!

The full pet portrait experience with the Eventurers will now take place at Barkin Mad Ultra in October, where we’ll make sure your pups get their moment in front of the camera. ❤️

So, we’ll see you Sunday morning — 9:20am on trail follow the Barkin Mad Flags!

Come and join us for our next Barkin Mad social run on Sunday 23rd August!

📍 10km looped trail course
🕘 Meet from 9:00am
🐕 Easy pace: 9:10am start
🏃 Faster pace: 9:20am start

Whether you’re chasing a cruisy morning on the trails or a quicker run, we’ve got a pace to suit everyone.

Bring your four-legged running buddy along! 🐶 The Eventurers will be there capturing plenty of photos of our canine athletes after the race, so don’t miss the chance to have your pup in front of the camera.

After the run, Orijen Pet Food will be treating all the puppers, and there’ll be food and snacks for the humans too!

It’s a great opportunity to check out the Barkin Mad Ultra 10km course, meet fellow runners and dogs, and enjoy a fun morning on the trails.
