ANZAC Day 25-04-2026

The brigade was lucky enough to have a large group attend the Rosebery ANZAC day ceremony and march, well done to all that attended and good to see such a large involvement.

Tuesday 21-04-26

Training involved a little team building exercise but all so real life scenario involving gas cylinders, it involved the crew ( all new firefighter) to work and step together to contain an LPG cylinder fire.

The crew worked well together and had a couple of hiccups to fix along the way but thats way we train so when it comes to it they are ready to go.

If you are interested in joing the team we are always on the lookout for new members don't hesitate to reach out to the brigade and come along to training and see what its about.

We have had a great start to 2026. With a boost of new starters the attendance at training has been the best we have seen in a few years.

Main focus areas for training lately have been pump operations and hose handling.

Feedback from members is they are enjoying the training and working together as a team.

We are always looking for new member to join, if you are interested drop into the station on a Tuesday night (we start at 7pm) or message the page and we can help you out. No experience needed just a willingness to learn new things, work in a team and quite possibly have some fun along the way.

Good work to the team so far this year, next weeks training will be based out of Tullah.

What a way to finish off the year 🚒🚒🔥🔥

Last week 16th & 17th we held our first brigade basics course in Rosebery, good to see we have had a nice flock of new starters come in that we could hold a course in Rosebery dedicated to the brigade.

From all reports the probies had a blast and took a lot away from the course and had a laugh along the way. The weather played the game and put on a show even one of the instructors got warm and needed a hose down (whoops).

We are always on the look out for new members and build the numbers, if you would be interested in joing reach out to the brigade and come have a look about who knows you could be part of the 2nd course in Rosebery.

Can't wait to see these guys out in the field and filling truck seats.

Due to recent changes we have had to change how we perform our Santa lolly run, due to recent changes Santa will not be able to ride in the truck.

Please see below dates to bring you children to see Santa and receive a goodie bag.

We are very sorry for the short notice and change in plans but this is beyond our control. We hope to see everyone come and say hi and spread some Christmas cheer

It's back again this year, Santa is coming around Tullah and Rosebery.

We are asking this year to help avoid congestion if you live in a small or tight street could you accompany your children out to the main road so they don't miss out seeing Santa.
