Today we say Thank you too all First Responders.
Although we may be First Responders ourselves we cannot do it without all the others there are from Call Takers, Police, FRV and CFA, SES, Ambulance Victoria, Coast Guard and anyone we may have missed.
We also say thanks to the families and loved ones who are left behind for our First Responders to provide the service and care. You are also appreciated as we cannot do it without you.

🚒🚒 Sunday Training 🚒🚒
Today a group of members joined in on some Sunday morning training while at the station. A quick scenario with a smoke out back shed giving an opportunity for members to wear BA, do command and control training, work on truck increments and some general firefighting for our new members. Tuesday night training loooked a little different this week.

We were lucky enough to have a fire investigation presentation presented by Fire Investigator Kevin Berry and 1st Lieutenant Aaron Dubery of Balnarring CFA.

This was a great opportunity for neighbouring Brigades to join us for an informative session.
Thanks to members from Rosebud, The Rye Fire Brigade, Mt Martha Fire Brigade, Main Ridge Fire Brigade and Boneo Fire Brigade for attending!

This is a great way to learn new skills and information that can be used on the fire ground to preserve the scene.
