📣 POWER OUTAGE UPDATE 📣

Thank you to everyone for their patience and adaptability over the past week while works to identify the cause of the outage have been underway.

⚡ Enerven are continuing restoration works and have now reduced the number of impacted properties to eight, with only two properties expected to require generator power over the weekend.

🚧 Please note that the footpath along this section of the road will remain closed until at least mid next week. While the number of generators in the area is being reduced, works will continue, so we ask everyone to take extra care when moving through the area.

💛 We appreciate the community’s understanding and cooperation as these important works are completed.

📣 PLANNED WORKS - PIMBA TO ROXBY 275KV TRANSMISSION LINE

Enerven will be undertaking planned repair works on the 275kV transmission towers on the Pimba to Roxby line. The works are to replace temporary infrastructure installed following storm damage in October 2024 and return the network to a permanent arrangement.

Weather permitting, works are scheduled between Tuesday 27 May and Sunday 1 June.

These works are not expected to interrupt Roxby Downs’ power supply, however as with any high‑voltage works there is a small possibility of brief disruption during the final cutover.

Council will provide a further update once the works are complete. If you experience any disruption, please contact Council on 08 8671 0010.
