We're taking part in The Push-Up Challenge from 3-26 June, 2026 and would love you to get involved, too.
Each participant in The Push-Up Challenge is challenged to complete 3,307 push-ups (or the half target – 1,654) in 24 days to raise funds and awareness for mental health in Australia. You can do alternative exercises too, like sit-ups and squats.
It’s free to take part and there’s a handy app which makes it easy for you to bank your push-ups each day. You'll receive a daily push-up target and corresponding mental health fact to keep you on track to achieve the overall target by 26 June.
We’re also raising funds to support much-needed mental health services and initiatives in Australia, so if you're not up for participating, you can still support by making a tax-deductible donation.
