*** COMMUNITY NOTICE ***
CEASSA's emergency team attended last night to a small fire within the switchboard.
This can happen as a result of the incorrect use of fuse wire and/or old style fuses being used.
Lucky we caught this early without doing too much damage however, if you suspect your switchboard is looking a bit dated make sure you contact your local electrician to investigate any potential hazards and upgrade to the most current RCDs/Circuit Breakers.

A recent job identified sun, wind and rain had broken down the insulation, exposing the live copper parts inside.

This means having all the PPE such as, gloves, masks and appropriate hand washing facilities with us before and after your job.
